How did you come to do what you do (for a living)? 

My dream has always been to travel, meet people of different origin and cultures and live in African countries. After school, I decided to follow my dream, study Cultural Anthropology and Management and live in different African countries. I then decided that I wanted to share my experience and knowledge with others, whilst contributing to a peaceful world. This is basically how I became an international consultant and trainer.

How might intercultures’ customers find you unique? 

The feedback I usually get in trainings and consulting is that the intercultures customers are surprised how I can combine my different theoretical areas of cultural anthropology, management and psychology and apply an interdisciplinary perspective right onto their practical workfield. Since I grew up in a enterpreneur’s family, I am very familiar with organisational processes, management challenges and international cooperation. The combination of my emic perspectives, applied management, enterpreneurial knowledge, experience and my theoretical knowledge makes my consultancy and trainings quite unique.

What do you like about working with intercultures?

I like the global community of customers and trainers, consultants of intercultures, their fundamental respect for our fellow men, their strive for peaceful international interactions and not least their professionalism and excellence.

Our work is important, because we connect people worldwide through peaceful intercultural cooperation.
