After years of fruitful cooperation, Chennai-basedintercultures trainer and SIETAR India President Sreemathi Ramnath finally had the chance to visit our office in Germany.
While it is normal for Europe-based trainers to connect regularly face-to-face with our staff in Berlin, we meet our consultants from Asia, the Middle East, Africa, or the Americas often only on international conferences or in their respective home environments.
A truly global consultant, Sreemathi has worked with us for clients in India as well as in several European countries. One of her skills often mentioned in the feedback of her training participants lies in the subtle balance she manages to strike between tradition and modernity while conveying intercultural issues involving her culture of origin.
Her gift to our office was a purely traditional and extremely welcome one: Delicious samples of tea from a variety of regions of the subcontinent.
